The state of Colorado has made an enormous step in strengthening how the cannabis industry can serve consumers with more efficient and accessible methods for purchasing THC products. Beginning in January of 2021, cities in Colorado will be given the option to allow home delivery for cannabis products to adult, recreational users. This measure would also improve the existing home delivery program for medical patients in the cannabis program.

Boulder City officials will hold a hearing on Monday, December 7th, 2020, to determine whether the city of Boulder will allow new home delivery options for recreational cannabis consumers. Sound like something you’d be interested in? Help us make it a reality!

What should consumers expect from this measure?

Improved advanced ordering options for direct-to-door delivery of recreational cannabis. Imagine getting your weed the same way you get your groceries delivered! This measure could also expand the existing delivery program for medical patients to better serve their individual needs.

How you can help!

We encourage anyone interested in supporting this measure to attend the Zoom hearing on Monday, December 7th at 3:00 PM. You can access the Zoom hearing at this link:
