The State of Colorado requires that all employees who work in the cannabis industry to have a valid Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) occupational license/badge. Obtaining this license is not a difficult process. You will need to complete an application and turn it into one of the MED licensing offices in Longmont, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction and Lakewood/Denver.
The State of Michigan does not currently require licenses for employees in the cannabis industry.
The State of Pennsylvania requires that all employees who work in the cannabis industry go through an approved training program and attain a Certification.
