For 25 years LCJP staff have been supporting those who seek justice and healing after being harmed, and supporting those willing to be held accountable for harm caused. “By amplifying voice and empowering people through their strengths, we transcend the stigmatizing labels of criminal, thief, victim, delinquent. We interrupt the cycle of harm through connection and resilience.”
On September 19th, 2020 from 6pm-8pm via YouTube Live they invite you to join in celebration of the thousands of lives that have been changed by the power of restorative justice, and help us honor their vision.
You can purchase tickets and sponsorships here. Event registration is open until Tuesday, September 15th. We encourage you to sign up to volunteer, or donate!
The city of Longmont offers a variety of experiences for all ages and is known for their agritourism, craft beer, sprawling mountain views and its namesake Long’s Peak.
From Friday September 18th to Sunday September 27th Longmont is giving Coloradans yet another reason to stop into town – Restaurant Week! Dozens of top rated local restaurants will be participating in Longmont’s “ultimate celebration of food and drink”.
Longmont Restaurant Week can be enjoyed anywhere. These businesses are putting emphasis on takeout and delivery, and are taking every precaution to keep their patrons and staff safe. Social distancing guidelines will be enforced for those who choose to enjoy outside. Don’t forget to bring a mask!
Unlike past years, restaurants will not have specials for $18.71. Instead, they will have special add-on items or discounts for orders over $30 and $60. These bonuses are determined by the restaurant. Make sure to mention Longmont Restaurant Week when you order to unlock these bonuses!
