March 24 was the last day to take advantage of Terrapin’s Loyalty Program. 

To our loyal fans. We will have some exciting news on the horizon to share about big positive changes coming to Terrapin that we can’t wait to unveil! In the meantime, we are adjusting current programming to pave the way for these major developments to come. As the philosophy goes, “Everything changes and nothing remains still; and you cannot step twice into the same stream.” 

We of course understand that this may come as a disappointment to some who enjoy our Loyalty Program and have worked to bank rewards. Please understand that we do not take this move lightly, and that we are only ending the program to make way for fresh and exciting programming. 

As always, thank you for your loyalty over 15 years. We look forward to sharing additional details in the very near future.

The Terrapin Loyalty Club may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Active enrollment/participation must include purchasing from a Terrapin Care Station at least once in a twelve month period. Failure to do so may result in the deactivation of your account.
